Finding the right person requires the right process
We feel the pain just as much as you when a recruitment process doesn’t go according to plan and the chosen candidate doesn’t work out. In the end, it’s wasted time, money, and energy. To mitigate this risk and maximise your rate of investment, we use three pieces of critical criteria to find the right candidate:
Cultural Fit
If a candidate doesn’t fit the culture of your business, are far more likely to leave their position after a short span of time. The cultural fit is comprised of various things, including the amount of autonomy granted to employees; the style or personality of the business’ organisation and leadership; the degree to which qualities of meritocracy or teamwork are valued, among more. Our step-by-step recruitment process

Understand
In the beginning, we seek to understand the key requirements of the open role. We participate in a fact-finding meeting with key leaders and decision makers, and ask the right questions.

Collate
Bringing together all of the information gathered from the client, we create a profile that matches the Cultural, Technical, and Motivational fit of the vacancy.
03.
Hunt
Knowing the industry, we visit the businesses most likely to house the candidate the client is looking for, and reach out through our networks to potential matches.
04.
Present
Once we’ve developed a group of suitable candidates, we present three to five pre-screened and interviewed candidates for the client to review.
05.
Select
After making their selection, the client initiates their own interviewing process, after which we carry out reference checks on the successful candidate(s).

Aftercare
We stay in contact with the candidate and the client to ensure the happiness of each. If any issues or concerns arise, we do our best to solve them through negotiation.
